Roles and responsibilities

  • You’ll ensure successful customer experience, by assisting in formulating the product and technical specifications as per the customer's needs, execute the product implementation procedures and ensure the successful deployment of Brickeye smart construction platforms (e.g. LumiCon) in construction projects
  • You’ll analyze challenges in the deployment of products and evaluate working conditions, and develop resolution plans
  • You’ll be a know-it-all for the Brickeye smart construction product, host remote training and onboarding sessions with customers and answer product and technical questions from customers
  • You’ll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, triage customer issues to internal teams, and document and manage support tickets
  • You’ll collect customer feedback, document feature requests, and participate in internal product reviews
  • You’ll ensure our customers gain strong experience with our products and continue to use LumiCon because they couldn’t imagine their job site without it
  • You’ll act as the main point of contact between the customers, sales team, and technical team


Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in relevant Science, Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience in construction or related field
  • Tech savvy. You can generally figure out how electronics works. You love helping others who's not tech savvy
  • Excellent communications skills. You are able to explain complex technical concepts for the average Joe to understand
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel spreadsheet or similar tools
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity. Can deliver results and drive change in loosely defined situations
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment


Nice to haves

  • Experience with wireless and/or sensor technologies
  • Experience in designing Zendesk workflows and writing Guide articles
  • Experience with Javascript
  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Experience managing accounts for a product that solves complex problems across many business units
