Do you speak fluent French and English? Staffmax is hiring "Appraiser Support Specialists" for our client in the real estate space. 

This is a fulltime role that requires workers to be in-office at least one day per week. All home office equipment will be provided. 

The key to success for this role is to make Appraisers as productive as possible. You will achieve this through proactive order management designed to reduce appraiser gross turnaround time, reduce unnecessary client contacts, and enhance appraiser and client experience. 

You will add value by: 

• Complete necessary amount of outbound calls to obtain required information to reduce delay times. 

• Proactively managing the lifecycle of in-progress orders by working closely with Appraisal firms and Appraisers on: 

o Ensuring that accepted orders are completed within established service level agreements. 

o Collaborating with the Appraisal firms to review priority delayed bulk orders, obtaining their commitment of appointment and report turnaround times. 

o Obtaining all the necessary information Appraisers require to complete the order. 

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Appraisal firms and Appraisers, building the company as a trusted brand and contributing to their overall success. • Always looking for opportunities to improve Appraiser success. 

• Other duties as assigned. About you: You will have the following skills / knowledge and education / experience 

• Fluently bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English is an asset • Customer Obsessed – understand our appraisers and clients, anticipate and always strive to exceed the customers’ expectations

• Technology - knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel) and in-house custom software. 

• Education / Experience – High School or College or University; minimum of 1 – 3 years customer service experience in a similar environment. Other Information: 

• Hours: Full time maximum of 35 hours per week • Eligible for benefits, RRSP vacation, and personal days, health & wellness subsidy 

• Schedule: Flexibility from 8am-8pm, as shifts during the evening, weekend or public holidays may be require
