Our client, a globally renowned investment firm with a significant presence in luxury commercial and residential real estate, is looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of this iconic property.

Do you have experience in lease-up activities? If so, you're exactly who we're looking for! The ideal candidate will embody the roles of both Property Manager (PM) and CM, ensuring excellence in various operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities: As our Assistant Property Manager - Residential, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Property Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily financial transactions, including rent and fee collection, bank deposits, financial reports, and invoice processing.
  • Reviewing resident files and accounting records, implementing procedures to maximize revenue and enforce lease agreements.
  • Handling eviction processes in compliance with established procedures.
  • Managing vendor invoices and payments, reconciling work performed or products purchased.
  • Overseeing resident move-outs, adhering to lease terms and notice requirements.
  • Enhancing resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
  • Acting as on-site supervisor in the absence of the community manager, coordinating daily work and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Two or more years of prior experience in residential property management.
  • RECA Certification strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to occasionally perform physical inspections of the property.
  • Availability 24/7 for emergencies and on-site operations during natural disasters.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
