Assistant Quick Service Manager

Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our Coffee Shop Restaurant client with an Assistant Manager opening due to growth.

This job is located in STEINBACH Manitoba. Please ensure you are open to traveling to this location daily.

Must Have: 2 years experience in an Assistant Manager role in quick service, fast paced restaurant/fast food environment

Duties:

· Scheduling and handling inventory

· Delegating tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly

· Recruiting and interviewing potential employees

· Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company

· Effective merchandising

· Organizing promotions

· Ensure good team delivery of customer service

· Meeting operational expectations

· Maintaining high quality standards

· Serving customers as a back up during busy times

· Motivating staff members

Skills Needed:

· Have the ability to work in a team

· Able to lead and motivate

· Good communication and person skills

· Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field

· Able to work at a fast pace

· able to be on their feet for extended periods of time

· Strong leadership skills

· Basic computer skills

· Have confidence, self drive and enthusiastic

· Be able to make decisions in a time pressured environment

· Be responsible in handling challenging situations

· Must have a vehicle

Compensation and Perks:

· $34,000-39,000 per year DOQ

· Quarterly bonus up to 10%

· Cell phone allowance

· Excellent paid training 3 weeks +

· Job shadowing

Hours:

· 5am -11pm 7 days a week flexibility

· 45 hours per week (9 hour shifts)
