Our client, a well-established boutique civil litigation firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to gain broad exposure across a diverse litigation practice while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Self-regulatory and administrative law matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation files from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and written submissions
- Attend discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior counsel on complex litigation matters
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate file management and meet all procedural deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of [Province]
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas is considered an asset
