Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Glass Technical Services Lead to manage and oversee ADAS calibration, auto glass repair, and replacement services. This leadership role combines technical expertise, team management, and customer service to deliver top-tier service and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, manage schedules, and handle complex repair tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of auto glass technicians. Provide training, guidance, and support to foster technical excellence and maintain team morale.

Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

Technical Training:
Conduct hands-on and virtual training sessions for new and existing technicians. Demonstrate practical skills and lead training exercises to enhance team proficiency.

Skill Assessment:
Evaluate technician performance through testing and observation. Offer constructive feedback and additional training to uphold service standards.

Quality Assurance:
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety guidelines. Address any service issues or customer concerns promptly.

Service Coordination:
Schedule and assign service appointments efficiently. Communicate with customers to confirm details and ensure timely service delivery. Manage inventory and order necessary supplies.

Technical Expertise:
Perform advanced auto glass repairs and replacements. Offer technical support to the team and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in auto glass repair is preferred.
- Proven experience in auto glass repair and replacement with advanced technical skills.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a team and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
