Staffmax is seeking a MPI Autopac Insurance Customer Rep for our client
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Servicing of customer accounts through phone calls and walk-ins (MPI & Personal Lines), including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Continually develop product, client and industry knowledge
- Must have superior sales and customer service skills with a desire to build relationships
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in all situations
- Developing and pursuing new business opportunities
- Flexibility to work closing shifts & Saturdays required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License & MPI- IWS Certified preferred
- TAM software preferred
- Strong organizational skills & strong base knowledge of General Insurance
Compensation
- $35-45,000 with experience and Level 1
- $30-32,000 with experience and only FWS FOI
- Sponsored licensing and continuing education
