Azure Cloud Engineer (5+ years experience)

Location: Montreal, QC

The engagement will be On-site and Hybrid model
Applications from all over Canada are accepted as long as incumbents are willing to relocate to Montreal

Job Description:

Azure engineering experience covering implementation of Azure cloud native services; creation of landing zones (albeit that the definition of landing zones various)
Terraform or similar cloud infrastructure automation tooling
Good foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure
Good understanding of cloud security
Some networking
Desire to learn
This role is to perform operational aspects to support public cloud users. There will be some well defined tasks and many partially defined tasks and processes that always need some thought and customization for any particular use case. The role will involve some repetition. There will be an expectation of timeline execution and delivery of tasks at high levels of quality leading to strong client satisfaction. Tasks will be discrete and could be short or span multiple days. The work will not be project based although some be executed in parallel. You will have a passion for picking up new knowledge and applying your previous experience to successful complete operational task.
