Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join their clients North America-wide team! This job opportunity comes to you due to growth and planning for upcoming retirement of long-term employees.

What’s the Role? The successful candidate will handle calls from customers and provide professional, courteous, and accurate information on customer inquiries, programs, and existing accounts. In addition, review incoming correspondence & provide professional, accurate & timely replies. May include driving sales through up selling and cross selling. Other duties as assigned.

Where: Remote! – Manitoba Based
When: TBD – shifts may vary due to company needs
Wage/Salary: $23.00 /hr + Benefits
What’s Provided: All training is done remotely – candidates must have own windows-based equipment.
