We are seeking a dedicated and fluent bilingual customer service assistant to join our client's optical services team. This role primarily involves receiving and making calls to both current and potential customers, providing exceptional service and support related to optical products and services.

Location: St Lambert,Qc
Position: Fulltime and Permanent
Pay Rate:18-22/hr + Company Cell Phone
Hours of operation:9am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

Conduct customer interactions via phone or video chat, ensuring professional and effective communication in both languages- French and English. Must be fluent in Quebec French
Follow up with clients satisfaction with our products - drawing as much information as possible to improve product and service
Check on customers needs to re-stock
Guide and teach customers how to order online
Call shops to confirm contact information for Buyer or Manager
Assist Product manager booking appointments
Assist customers with product inquiries (colors, sizes, alternatives, prices)
