Salary: $45,000

Role: Permanent
Hours of operations: 8am to 4:30pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully bilingual(English/Quebec French) Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Winnipeg office. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who can manage customer transactions while providing strong support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day (rotation-based).
Answer and forward phone calls to the appropriate department or person.
Process and verify customer orders for accuracy.
Coordinate with sales representatives regarding order-related issues.
Manage inventory and attach available stock to orders ready for shipment.
Generate waybills for UPS, FedEx, and Purolator shipments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Scan and maintain necessary documentation for records.
Arrange lunch orders for meetings as required.
Maintain tidiness and organization of reception and personal workspaces; recycle biweekly.
Assist with departmental projects as assigned.
Process customer returns efficiently.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:
Task volumes may increase rapidly, requiring effective prioritization and time management.
