Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to support our industrial manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, coordinating billing, and ensuring accurate order entry within the system. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in French and English.

• Enter and process customer orders, pricing, and billing accurately in the system.

• Provide product availability, lead times, and order status updates to customers.

• Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and billing concerns in a professional manner.

• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

• Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or billing, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or order management systems is an asset.
