Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual Rollout Specialist / Implementation Specialist to support the launch of a new application across pharmacy stores throughout Quebec.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with people, providing training, and learning new technology.
Responsibilities
- Support pharmacy store teams during the rollout of a new application.
- Provide hands-on user support, training, and coaching.
- Help employees understand and adopt new processes and technology.
- Perform application validation and assist with launch activities.
- Work with operations and technical support teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate with store teams and provide ongoing implementation support.
- Travel to pharmacy locations throughout Quebec, approximately 80% of the time.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Interest in training, coaching, and technology.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, IT support, or training is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willing and able to travel extensively throughout Quebec.
