Bilingual Sales Representative

Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with our clients to hire an experienced Bilingual Sales Representative for their Montrea, QC office.

The right candidate is an energetic professional with prior sales experience (preferably in the storage industry) and a passion for achieving results. You are solution orientated and keep customers front-and-centre in everything you do. This is an exciting full-time position and includes health and dental group benefits coverage. You like working in a positive sales environment and thrive when facing new challenges. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, “all-hands on deck” environment, and can coordinate tasks across multiple initiatives while driving results.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual - French and English
• Business to Business solution selling experience
• Some Information Management knowledge
• Trained on various sales processes (MH, SPIN, HCS)
• An understanding of market practices, trends, competition
• Proven ability to close new business – “a Rainmaker”
• Ability to build relationships with senior level decision makers “selling to the C Suite”
• Creative problem solver
• Able to build own pipeline
• Team player
• Thrives in fast paced dynamic/fun environment

Salary/Compensation:

• $60,000/year
• Bonus
• Commission
• Car Allowance: $0.58 per KM
