Staffmax is assisting our Mississauga client with the hire of a Bilingual Service Contract Specialist to assist with the administration of new and existing client contracts. The successful candidate will bring a combination of education and experience, using their attention to detail and client-service skills to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Working in the company's Mississauga central office, handling contracts from the US and Canada branches
  • Preparing and maintaining new and existing service contracts, and their attendant invoices
  • Assisting the field team and clients with the preparation of new service contracts
  • Handling and processing of contract terminations and cancellations
  • Identifying breaches of existing contracts in a timely manner and escalating appropriately
  • Maintaining market knowledge of regulations and changes that can affect contract compliance
  • Working with internal and external customers to guarantee fulfillment of contract terms in keeping with regulations and terms
  • Physical and electronic file maintenance
  • Assisting as necessary in the Request-for-Proposal response process
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to confirm accuracy of revenue statements
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience with the management of service contracts is essential
  • Careful attention to detail is essential
  • The ability to work with sensitive and possibly confidential information is essential
  • You must be fully bilingual and fluent in English and French
  • As this is an office-based position, the ability to work from a seated and mostly stationary position throughout the day is required
  • Prior experience with proofreading and identifying/fixing errors in documents and spreadsheets is a strong asset
  • Prior experience in customer-service is a strong asset
  • Prior experience in administrative support is a strong asset
  • Prior experience with vendor management is a strong asset
