Billing Co-Ordinator

We are hiring for billing coordinator for Toronto. this is a full time permanent position. You will be responsible for providing daily support to the finance and accounting team.

Location: Toronto, ON
Pay- $40,000-45,000 + Benefits+ Parking
Vacation- 2 weeks paid and 2 weeks non-paid
Hours- 10AM to 6PM
Must have 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks.
Must have 3+ years of debt recovery experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily receivable payments
2. Maintaining paperwork filing and record portal
3. Payment application
4. Daily payment gateway maintenance by matching sales representatives’
5. Gathering historical invoices to assist in the collections process
6. Support Accountant with customer billings.
7. Preparation of quarterly reporting and financial statement preparation.
8. Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, i.e. deposit slips, etc.
9. Will be collecting payments from client and following up.
10. Good communication skills and organizational skills
11. Other duties as assigned
