We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON. This is a Fulltime position with possibility to turning into a permanent position for the right candidate after 3 months.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Term: Temporary to Permanent after 3 months

Pay Scale: 18-20/hr

Responsibilities

  • Answering emails/calls
  • Maintain filing system for financial records
  • Full Book keeping and data entry
  • Full knowledge of MS Word, Excel, G-Suite , Quick Books
  • Managing account receivables & payables and preparing POs
  • Process expense claims credit card reconciliation
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and social events
  • Managing payroll
  • Other office admin and accounting related activities as required

 

Skills Required

  • Must have Minimum 2yrs of equivalent working experience
  • Full understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Full understanding of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Ability to create simple formulas and manipulate data in Excel
  • Attention to detail and accounting, very good in verbal and written communication
