Staffmax is aiding a client in the hire of Booker keeper for one of our clients located in Etobicoke.

•             Location: Etobicoke, ON

•             Day shift: 10am -2pm

•             Pay Rate: $ 18-20/hr

•             Term: Part-time 25 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Bookkeeping
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
  • Reconcile statements and identify discrepancies
  • Data entry and various admin/clerical tasks
  • Must Be Familiar with QuickBooks (Online)
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Other duties as assigned.
