You will play a key role in implementing strategies to achieve financial targets, streamline operations, and boost team performance. What We Expect Our ideal Branch Manager is a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives on solving problems and inspiring teams to excel. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, from sales growth and cost management to overseeing profit and loss accountability. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and operations team. - Ensure overall profitability by driving sales growth and optimizing operational efficiency. - Manage the full Profit & Loss responsibilities for the branch. - Maintain accurate financial forecasting and oversee sales management. - Monitor inventory control, purchasing, and financial processes such as accounts receivable and payable. What We Are Looking For - A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and operations management. - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred). - Proven success in managing teams, meeting financial goals, and driving business results. - Experience in business-to-business sales, inventory control, and purchasing. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of the building materials industry is a MUST |
