Our client, a National Electrical Supply company is searching for an amazing Business Development Manager.

Working with existing database and uncovering new clients this role is an integral part of the company.

  • Must be French Bilingual
  • Car avaialble

Duties will include:

  • Assisting in hiring of Inside Sales staff
  • Uncovering new clients 
  • Cold call within your geographic location
  • When appropriate to do so (Covid) meeting potential clients ensuring growth, maintaining and enhancing your network.
  • Finding the key decision makers
  • Building on existing and new relationships through meetings and/or video conversations
  • With the team, you will be a key player in decision making, pricing, solutions, negotiations, agreements and proposals with a focus on the clients needs and wants while providing the ultimate client service and experience. 
  • Attending events, conferences and current industry trends
  • Consultation with Branch Manager on trends, new products, sales leads/channels
  • Keeping up with competitors/ suppliers pricing and products
  • Keeping accurate information in CRM and with team
  • KPIs and sales targets to bring in the most income potential possible (uncapped)
  • Provide training if needed to inside sales team
  • Base Pay plus uncapped commission
  • Car allowance $650 month 
  • Gas card
  • Profit sharing
  • Strong commission structure outlined in interview process
