We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Professional with strong experience in Mining, Forestry, or Agriculture to join a company where innovation, adventure, and growth are at the core. This is not your average desk job—you’ll be on the road, in the field, and in front of customers across a range of exciting industries, including Mining, Road Construction, Agriculture, and Forestry.

Also seeking Strategic Initiative Manager (Sales/Account Management) $50-60k base, Expected 2nd year take home: $150k

Wage:

  • $90-100k base plus expected 1st year commission totalling $180k, year 2 expected salary $200k +

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across a broad range of industries, with a focus on Mining, Agriculture, and Forestry
• Prepare detailed quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial quote to final shipment—coordinating with logistics and production teams
• Collaborate with technical support to troubleshoot product or process issues
• Conduct customer and market research to uncover emerging opportunities
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client events all over the world!
• Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations
• Travel frequently to meet with clients on-site and attend industry functions
• Maintain up-to-date records of activity, contracts, revenue, and customer feedback
• Partner with marketing to support brand-building initiatives, both in person and via digital channels
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to help shape future product development
• Mentor junior sales team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Gather competitive intelligence and provide valuable market feedback
• Support clients with post-sale technical education and training when required

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in business development or executive sales within the Mining, Forestry, or Agriculture sectors—this is a must
• A solid track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer relationship skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Comfortable with frequent travel and independently managing your schedule
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
• Additional language skills are an asset
