CNC Programmer / Operator

Job Title: CNC Programmer / Operator 

Location: Winnipeg

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with at least 3 years experience in Mastercam to join our team. If you have a passion for precision, problem-solving, and contributing to a long-term, growth-oriented workplace, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines using MasterCam
• Set up, operate, and manually program CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Collaborate with the shop manager on scheduling and priority projects.
• Operate machines when needed to support production flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience 
• Strong understanding of CNC programming
• Ability to set up and operate machines, with manual programming expertise.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
• Flexible work hours - day shift
