Job Title: CNC Programmer / Operator Experience

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. If you have a passion for precision, problem-solving, and contributing to a long-term, growth-oriented workplace, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC vertical and horizontal mills (occasionally lathes) using Mastercam.
- Set up, operate, and manually program CNC machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
- Collaborate with the shop manager on scheduling and priority projects.
- Operate machines when needed to support production flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience programming. Mastercam an asset
- Strong understanding of CNC mill programming (vertical & horizontal).
- Ability to set up and operate machines, with manual programming expertise.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
- Flexible work hours: option for either 5 days/week (8 hours/day) or 4 days/week (10 hours/day), Monday to Friday.

Work Environment:
- Clean, organized facility with air conditioning during hot days.
- Newer, high-quality machines.
- Report to an experienced and approachable shop foreman.
- Flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the option of a 4-day work week.
- Enjoy a two-week summer shutdown (July/August) and a one-week holiday shutdown in December.
