Client Relationship Manager

One of our reputed clients is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager for their Mississauga location. This would be a full-time and permanent position.

Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $20/- + benefits
Time: 9:30am to 5pm

Job Description

Social Media:
- follow up with social media inquiries
- tracking social media prospects

Webinars:
- Setup webinars
- Designing webinars materials and preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Setting up the invitation and follow up procedure
- producing PDF documents

Existing clients:
- managing and updating Client management software (CRM)
- contacting existing clients to update their files
- Existing clients follow up and marketing additional services
- Setting up review meetings through calls and emails
- updating business WhatsApp
- Emailing them monthly newsletters
- Birthday messaging
- creating virtual clients relationship systems

Lawyers/Accountant/business owners
- Make contacts with lawyers, accountants, and business owners through social media and emails
- Setting up introduction meetings with them for mutual benefits

Referrals
- Implement existing clients and other referral systems
- Schedule meetings for CEO and follow up
- Identify key contacts and have a close relationship with them.

- Also strong writing and communication skills. Any other task which can help grow our business.
