Client Service Agents

Staffmax is looking for Client Service Agents to fill various government contracts in Ottawa. The objective of this process is to create a pool of qualified candidates to accommodate future needs. WHERE: Ottawa, ON

WAGE: $25 - $37/hr (depending on level of experience)

MUST HAVE: Reliability Security Clearance (or be willing to get one)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the provision of client services, including, but not limited to, telephone, email, and in person
• Responsible for ad hoc research requests
• Respond to a large volume of enquiries received by telephone & email
• Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service
• Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year experience; 5+ years preferred
• Experience in use of business management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Experience in large volume outbound/inbound call centre environment
• Intermediate use of Microsoft suite e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual (French & English) is an asset

EDUCATION:

• A minimum of a secondary school diploma
• Knowledge of the methods, techniques, and procedures associated with the provision of client services in a modern call centre environment

TO BE ASSESSED:

• English Oral & Written skills
• French Oral & Written skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
