Full-time and Permanent Salary:
Summary of Position: A Client Success Specialist is a new role for the Campus Outfitter team. The role combines client management and vendor liaison. Communication skills, both deployed internally and externally, are a key skill set for this role to be successful. The Client Success Specialist develops and maintains long-term business relationships by serving as client liaison securing timely order delivery and client satisfaction, and internally advocating for clients. Much of the work is done by using software and systems hence, the role has a hybrid of soft and hard skills required to master technology and manage client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Success & Communication As a Client Success Specialist, the job duties managing communication with clients and their business sustaining business growth. • Customer quotes: Identify customer needs and provide competitively priced product options. Continually offer friendly, professional customer service throughout the quote process. • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience and develop client portfolios. • Co-ordinate artwork approvals between client, graphics teams and any third parties. • Work with Marketing to develop campaigns and create tools to aid in the selling process, such as product catalogs and customer databases. Purchasing & Administration • Source competitively priced product, enter purchase orders, follow up with suppliers on deliveries, and address any quality issues. • Research potential new suppliers and stay up to date on industry/market knowledge by attending trade shows, conferences, and competitive shopping analyses. • Enter and maintain SKU information in product database, enter/post/close POs, update Receiving calendars • Communicate clearly with Receiving team to effectively manage the flow of in-coming and out-going orders. • Participate in special projects and other duties related to the business. Education, Qualifications and Experience: • University/college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in the Promotional Product industry, Project Management, or Buying/Procurement are considered an asset. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Imaginative with a talent for creatively solving problems • Skilled at negotiating while building positive relationships with customers and suppliers • Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically demanding environment • Flexible, open minded and enjoys collaborating on a team • Experienced Microsoft office user • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot Working Hours: Normal business hours are 7¼ hours per day, 36¼ hours per week. A certain amount of overtime will be required from time to time, especially during peak periods. Weekend and evening work are required.
