Location: Montreal
Salary- $95000-$120,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Skills Required :-
1. The candidate must possess a strong technology background with advanced knowledge of Java & Java based technology stack.
2. At least 10+ years of strong experience with enterprise-wide systems -Java ,cloud & web-based distributed tech stacks.
3. Strong experience in managing data intensive platforms.
4. Expertise in object oriented design ,design patterns ,architecture & application integration
5. Strong experience in architecting scalable applications that can support 1000+ users at a time.
6. Hands-on experience with distributed tech stack.
7. Hand-on experience with core dev-ops tooling & best practices and manage this at a platform level.
8. Experience in collaborating with global stakeholders for product development.
9. Ability to co-ordinate across large team & ensure product development per multi-year roadmap.
10. Consistent track record for successful delivery of enterprise wide platforms.
11. Ability to coach & mentor the talent on development best practices with new tech stacks – cloud esp.
12. Experience in IB/Finance domain to be effective at big scale
13. A background that includes strong problem solving such as system integration ,infrastructure debugging ,or system administration.
14. Strong people management skills ability to mentor high performing teams & build the strong culture of client-service ,technical excellence & collaboration across teams.
Good to have skills :-
1. Experience with distributed caching ELK ,Redis etc.
2. Cloud Certification – AWS/Azure
3. Experience with Angular |
