Cloud Solutions Architect

Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: CAD $140K/p.a +Benefits

Job Responsibilities
1. Design Product deployment topology; cloud deployment architecture (L0/L1 and L2);
2. Design and own product solution on cloud (usage and implementation of cloud components within Product Tech stack)
3. HA, Failover/ Load Balancing solution on cloud; network & security design; IDP, Vault design & configuration.
4. Effective utilization of persistence & caching solutions i.e. Postgres Database, Redis (or ElasticCache), etc. Sync/ Async processing with broker / MQ involved.
5. Perform POC for new services
6. Costing of the cloud solution: hardware sizing; interaction with MSP
7. RFP: Fill in MSP and Intellect hosting services responses
8. Coach and train the team on cloud solutions
9. Participate in client calls for Architecture discussion
10. Design migration from cloud enabled solution to cloud native solution
11. Assessment of Product from Security & Vulnerability standpoint.
