Staffmax Staffing is currently hiring a Concrete Team Lead for a reputable residential custom home builder in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for an experienced concrete professional ready to step into a leadership position, overseeing crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship on premium residential projects.

Pay Rate - 32$ an hour
Schedule Time - Monday- Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of concrete workers on residential job sites
- Coordinate daily tasks including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Set grades, elevations, and ensure proper layout and alignment
- Train, mentor, and support team members on best practices
- Inspect work and address issues before and after concrete placement
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with site supervisors and project managers on progress
Qualifications
- 3+ years of concrete construction experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of forming, placing, finishing, and curing concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
