Reporting directly to the Director of Property Management/Senior Condominium Manager, this role offers key administrative and clerical support to the condominium management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of their condominium portfolio.

  • Communicate with unit owners and address inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

  • Respond to internal and external emails and phone calls.

  • Distribute correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.

  • Draft and organize correspondence, legal documents, and various records.

  • Perform regular data entry and general administrative duties.

  • Prepare legal documents for lawyers and realtors.

  • Provide general clerical support such as copying, scanning, and preparing mailouts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experienced with property management software (Yardi preferred).

  • Understanding of the Condominium Act, including declarations and by-laws.

  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.

Working Conditions

This is an office-based role working regular business hours, with only occasional travel to properties
