Location: Raleigh Rd, Narol, Manitoba
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess roofing projects.
• Perform roof inspections and take accurate measurements.
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for roof repairs and replacements.
• Calculate material, labor, equipment, and disposal costs.
• Explain estimates and answer customer questions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist in closing sales.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects.
• Maintain accurate customer records and estimate documentation.
• Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and local building code
