Position Title: Construction Foreman / Forewoman

Position Overview:
In this role, you will lead and coordinate petroleum construction projects, including tank and piping installations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate petroleum equipment installation projects (tanks, piping, and related systems)
- Install, test, and commission equipment in accordance with regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors (electrical, excavation, concrete, civil)
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges, scope changes, and design issues
- Monitor project budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure strict adherence to company health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform hands-on work as needed and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Travel as required across Saskatchewan and neighboring provinces
Required Qualifications:
- PM2 or PM3 Petroleum Installer Certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in petroleum or fueling construction
- Basic electrical knowledge considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in deadline-driven environments
- Mechanically inclined with experience using tools and equipment
- Physically capable of demanding work, including long shifts and overtime
- Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
