Reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will oversee projects or portfolios with annual revenues up to $25M, ensuring you meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Modular building experience is a MUST
- Some travel required to Northern Communities and around Manitoba.

Pay: $85,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Preconstruction Collaboration: Partner with the Preconstruction team to prepare, revise, and monitor cost reports for project budgets.
- Subcontract Management: Facilitate scope review meetings, finalize processes, develop subcontract scopes of work, and manage subcontract distribution and execution.
- Budget Estimation: Direct the budgeting process, ensuring accurate deliverables to clients.
- Schedule Management: Oversee project schedules and milestones, maintaining comprehensive close-out checklists.
- Supplier Coordination: Maintain effective communication with suppliers and key personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Performance Monitoring: Review performance standards and metrics, guiding the team to meet project goals.
- Change Management: Manage change events, submit notices, price and track changes, and negotiate orders with clients.
- Team Leadership: Establish and lead project teams, defining roles, facilitating meetings, and mentoring junior personnel.
- Project Planning: Apply construction expertise for project planning, scheduling, staffing, cost control, and management.
- Contract Review: Ensure understanding of deliverables to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular status reports to executives and project committees, recommending necessary actions.
- Risk Management: Address risks and implement corrective measures to maintain project integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Develop and execute the Project Specific Safety Plan, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Support Continuous Improvement processes by reviewing and closing out incidents and initiating NCRs based on findings.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Modular Building Experience a MUST
- Degree, diploma, or hands-on trades experience in construction is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a Project Manager in a commercial building setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, On-screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam is an asset.
