Construction Worker/ General Labour

Staffmax is looking for Construction Workers ASAP to fulfill the following (but not limited to) tasks at our client's worksite:

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Rate:$25-$30.00/hr

Term: Temp to hire if it’s the right fit – long term project

Must have qualifications:

• Speak, read, write English fluently

• Past experience in working on a construction site

• Current H&S certifications, WHIMS, Work at heights, scissor lift, other equipment certification is welcomed

• Must be able to wear many different hats: cleaning, assisting, control traffic, sweeping, picking up after the tradesmen, and all other tasks

• Self starter with motivation to work

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Removing rubble and other debris at the work site

• Clean and organize left over materials

• Must be able to use general tools

• Must be able to work in inclement weather

• Must have safety shoes (other PPE will be provided on site)

• Must have own vehicle

• Preferably located within the mid-town/downtown area to avoid long commute

• Start immediately
