Must Haves:

  • Experience in Financing, securities and limited partnerships
  • 5+ years as a Legal Assistant /Paralegal
  • Excellent MS Office and legal software experience
  • Prioritizing and multitasking capabilities

Compensation:

  • $50,000-70,000 DOQ
  • Pension Match
  • Flex start/end time 6.75 hours

  • Vacation
