Customer Care Representative

About the Role:
A Customer Care Representative interacts with customers and sales representatives on behalf of the organization. They provide information about products, deliveries, and accounts, respond to customer requests or complaints, take orders, and process returns. While speaking with customers, representatives often enter information to quickly fulfill requests or resolve issues. Complex problems may be escalated to the appropriate department or manager.

Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Sargent Ave, Winnipeg, MB
Pay Rate: $19–$22/hr 
Hours of Operation: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM 
Term: Permanent

Job Duties:
Resolve the reason for each customer call (take orders, handle complaints, email statements/invoices, pull signed delivery slips, answer information requests, check order status, receive/process payments, issue credits, etc.).

Update customer accounts with requested changes.
Receive, enter, and process phone-in and email orders to ensure next-day delivery.
Process customer payments promptly and courteously.
Follow up on potential customer requests.
Process new account and e-commerce applications.
Assist accounts receivable with deposits and overdue accounts.
Support sales staff by communicating with clients and producing reports.
