Job Description
Staffmax is hiring Customer Care Specialists to join a large Customer Care department. As the primary point of contact for customers and retailers, you will provide advice, support, and guidance related to products, services, and promotions. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent a strong customer-centric brand by creating excellent experiences at every interaction.

  • Provide customer service support via phone, live webchat, and email.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.

  • Uphold Responsible Gambling standards and resources in all customer activities.

  • Use Contact Centre technology and software applications proficiently.

  • Meet service delivery and quality targets while managing work tasks efficiently.

  • Document and record all customer and retailer interactions for monitoring and analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy, information security, and risk protocols.

  • Escalate inquiries when needed to ensure quality resolution.

  • Seek opportunities to improve department processes and customer experience.

Hours of Work

  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7/365 environment.

Performance Metrics

  • Quality of service

  • Customer Experience (CSAT scores)

  • Average Handle Time (AHT)

  • Adherence to schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment; CRM experience is an asset.

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in English required; French is an asset.
