Job Title: Customer Experience & Business Development Representative

We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Customer Experience & Business Development Representative who excels at both customer service and business development.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer satisfaction while growing the company’s client base within the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Order Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements
- Ensure timely communication and proactive follow-ups
- Maintain high service standards to support customer retention
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients including contractors, homebuilders, and distributors
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and networking
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule and support initial discovery conversations
- Execute lead generation initiatives in collaboration with leadership
- Track all activities and opportunities using CRM tools
Sales Support & Process Execution
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to support conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/ERP systems
- Support pricing updates, promotions, and product campaigns
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to improving sales processes and operational workflows
Collaboration & Growth Contribution
- Work closely with leadership on growth and sales initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions
- Share ideas to enhance customer experience and sales performance
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and performance-driven team culture
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and initiating conversations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic experience with CRM systems
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
