Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with our clients, a leading consumer reach and engagement company in North America, to hire for immediate start, a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English/French).

The Customer Experience Specialist provides  exceptional customer service and handles everything from receipt processing and data entry to quality control, and other general tasks related to the day-to-day success of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Correspond with customers on a daily basis through a variety of media (phone, Apps, email, social media etc)
  • Record and log various service issues through the use of a ticketing system
  • Review receipt and processing data to ensure accuracy and report any issues that occur
  • Collaborate with service technicians to address customer issues
  • Identify emerging trends in member feedback and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Manage customers data and information with confidentiality
  • Provide feedback of product issues in the field to help improve product design
  • Review feature functionality for quality assurance, accuracy, and completeness
  • Translation work of marketing/technical documentation to improve our global presence

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with fluency in English and French (required)
  • Training will be provided while on the job
  • Proactive team player with creative mindset
  • Passionate, resourceful problem-solver
  • Individual must be able to adapt and learn on the fly
  • Exceptional communicator, positive quick reactionary skills
  • Computer savvy with flare for numbers and data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical troubleshooting considered an assist
  • Remote working, must have a reliable computer and internet connection
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have competent technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google products etc.)
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week
  • College or university education
Pay:
  • $40,000-$45,000 per year (DOQ)
