Description:
We are hiring for Account Manager Potion(customer Service) in Bolton. ON.
This is a full time permanent position.

Pay Rate- $50,000-$53,000 per annum

Extended Benefits Package.

Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm

Duties:

  • Responsible for all orders received at Agents & overseeing Final Deliveries by;
  • Being Main Liaison with Agents and Vendors to problem solve any issues with regards to deliveries
  • Keeping internal Systems & Programs updated
  • Communicating with Agents to ensure all deliveries are scheduled in timely manner
  • Ensure all delivered orders are imaged with the corresponding POD for billing
  • 1st level escalation on Customer complaints
  • Responding to Complaint Emails.
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in a customer service & customer account role where demonstrated professionalism is a prime requisite;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and effective listening skills;
  • Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office, and working experience with ERP systems;
  • Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic
  • Self confident, comfortable interacting with prospective customers,
  • positive mentality
  • Experience in a warehousing, distribution, customer focused and fast-paced environment;
  • Great customer service focus and ability to resolve customer issues (e.g. pricing, service, warranty complaints, etc.)
  • Ability to organize and carry-out daily, weekly and monthly schedules
  • Liaison between Customers, Delivery agents and clients
  • Ensure all orders are scheduled for delivery upon arrival
  • Problem Solving and Handling escalated customer issues (poor delivery experiences, damaged items, lost orders etc.)
  • Confirm deliveries are completed and review all PODs
  • Update internal systems & keep Client portals up to date
  • Create, review & send various reports (heavily deadline driven) using Google Docs & Excel
