Staffmax is assisting our Winnipeg client with the hire of a Customer Service Manager to facilitate their logistic operations and team. The successful candidate for this role will have proven experience in a leadership role.
Pay and Benefits:
- $45,000-50,000 plus bonus based on profit 2x a year

Must have prior job overhaul and development experience.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Managing a team of 12 plus a supervisor
- Ensuring KPIs and metrics are within reason and reachable.
- Calls with clients to ensure you are delivering the best service.
- Claim approvals
- Auditing and correcting departments as needed
- Leading and supporting the team of customer service agents, returns agents, order entry and call centre agents in the management and preparation of the order and shipping process
- Ensuring the submissions of proper documentation to the appropriate departments to complete process
- Along with a Supervisor you will be overseeing and delivering onboarding as well as ongoing training to the Customer Service team
- Managing workflow to the Customer Service team to ensure proper actioning of customer issues
- Working with fulfillment
- Handling and actioning customer complaints to correct departments and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Working with the team to provide a professional, positive, and effective customer service experience to all clients
Job Requirements
- Prior experience of at least 2 years Customer Service AND Logistic leadership position is required
- A Business Administration or Accounting degree, or equivalent experience in the field, is an asset
- Prior experience in delivery of coaching and training is essential
- High degrees of accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Planning and organizing skills, particularly those related to workflow and organizational efficiency, are essential
- Strong social and customer-service skills are required to interact with internal and external customers regularly throughout the day
- High degree of skill with verbal and written communication is required
- Strong negotiation skills are required
- Strong ability to use the Microsoft Office suite, inventory management software is required
