Customer Service Position / Warehouse

One of our clients is looking to hire Customer Service Representative with strong mix of warehouse responsibilities. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate after 3months.

Location: Ottawa, ON

Hours of operation are Monday –Friday

Pay Rate:$19/hr

Time: 6:45AM to 3:30 PM.

Term: Temporary to permanent after 3months

Responsibilities

• There would be times where the employee would be responsible for opening and closing the facility as well as working alone.
• Customer service includes order entry, customer follow ups, knowledge of the area is helpful for organizing and planning local deliveries with our truck.
• Lots of interaction with customers both in person and on the phone.
• Warehouse duties include picking orders, loading, and offloading trucks, checking inventory to load manifests, entering inventory into the data base.
• A G class license and a way to get to work on time everyday is essential.
• Physically strong to lift 50lbs and must have Steele toe shoes.
• Microsoft windows knowledge is an asset.
• Experience working on a windows-based platform called SYSPRO is an asset.
• Knowledge of Outlook and Excel would be a great asset as well.
