Staffmax has partnered with our clients to hire Customer Service Reps - Product Specialists, to join their ever-growing team. The individuals will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a genuine passion for leading edge technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace of ever-changing processes and products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through primarily live chat and email, along with the occasional use of social media and phone calls
- Use technology and social media platforms effectively to communicate with members
- Establish and maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communication
- Professionally educate clients on entire Company's suite of products and understand the benefits
- Regularly promote and share the products with friends and family, and provide feedback to the team for improvements
Qualifications:
- Tech savvy, comfortable navigating and working with smart phones, computers, tablets etc.
- A genuine passion for Company products and services
- The ability to convey enthusiasm over any medium (chat, email, phone)
- Open availability to work full time day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private place to work from home (for the time being)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic organization, with a focus on flexibility to keep up with changes
- Intermediate experience using multiple computer systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working in a call center environment a plus
- Experience working in a remote environment is an asset
