Customer Service Personnel – Airport Operations  

Wage: $20.50 / hour
Worksite location: Calgary International Airport
24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Term: 90-day contract (with possibility of extension)

About the Role

Staffmax is seeking Customer Service Personnel to support on-site health screening operations at Calgary International Airport. These roles provide administrative, coordination, and traveller support in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment.

You will help ensure smooth operational delivery by assisting travellers, supporting coordination activities, and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative and operational support for health screening activities
• Assist and guide travellers with general information and direction
• Support day-to-day coordination of airport operations
• Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders
• Follow established procedures and use PHAC-issued equipment
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence in a public setting

Shift Schedule

24/7 operations with rotating shifts:

• 08:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 00:00
• 00:00 – 08:00

Requirements

• Enhanced Reliability Clearance (mandatory) - Staffmax can assist you have this processed
• Previous administrative or operational support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• English required (Bilingual English/French is an asset)
