Staffmax is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client in Winnipeg, MB. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling customers to schedule in-home estimates for our estimating team using our in-house software. Additionally, the role involves updating the database accordingly and some light email correspondence.

 

Location: Winnipeg, MB (Niakawa RD E)- Will need a vehicle to arrive on-site (No bus service is available)

Term Length: 6 weeks

Wage: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Training: Training will be provided in person at the office by the department supervisor.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch with two paid 15-minute breaks).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to book in-home estimates
  • Utilize in-house software to manage the scheduling process
  • Maintain accurate records by updating the database
  • Handle light email correspondence as needed
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor both on the phone and in the office environment

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the Niakawa RD E location
