We have an opportunity with our client who is located near Polo Park. Applicants must not be returning to school/no students.This is a $14.15 /hr, full time permanent position with varying shift starts. 

You must have 7 days per week availability, and be available to work between the hours of 7am and 11pm. 5 weeks paid training is included as well as all equipment. Work from home for the first while due to covid 19 precautions*Must have internet access at home*


- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to clients
- Assist in troubleshooting, installation, and setup of devices with the iOs operating system
- Assure proper information and notes in customer files
- Investigate complaints or deficiencies relating to the services provided
- Direct callers to proper departments if needed


- Must be tech savvy
- Ability to troubleshoot, install updates, and setup iOs operating systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 1-2 years' experience in contact centre environments
- Ability to work effectively in an open, dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative setting
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues
- Strong sense of urgency while remaining calm under pressure
- Must be available to work varying shifts
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
