One of Winnipeg's leading companies is hiring Customer Service - Sales oriented staff to provide support to customers for technology products: Smartphones, laptops, Smartwatches, computers, tablets)
Location: Winnipeg
Remote: Work from Home (subject to change possibly in future)
Language required: English
Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun, 7a-11p CST; must have open availability
Hiring Immediately
Wage: $14.40 an hour after 6 weeks
Remote Requirements
- Maintain a secure, high-speed internet connection
- Ability to plug in the ethernet cable into a modem
- Have a dedicated workspace in their homes or remote locations to provide services to the Company
- Ability to come into the campus to pick up equipment
Role you'll do:
- desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform inbound/outbound calls to understand and work to resolve customer problems
- Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
- Provide a high level customer interaction
- Provide pre-sales consultative solutions, which explain features and advantages of products to customers who call the Retail Contact Center Sales and Service team
- Sell and provide sales support to drive incremental revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction from survey scores
- Capture all required data elements in the customer’s online store and other systems of record as required by training and operational procedures
Who you are:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Ability to conduct internet speed test result
- Minimum Download speed must be >20 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed >3 Mpbs
- IOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC, or MAC experience
- Have a dedicated workspace in their homes or remote locations to provide services to the Company
- Able to work in an environment for their assigned shift without face to face interaction
