Staffmax is assisting one of our biggest cell phone providers in Winnipeg, MB for 3 Customer Service Representatives for a 6-week term.  This position starts on January 15th until February 26th with the possible extension. If you have great customer service skills- APPLY TODAY!

Hours of operations: Monday to Sunday (2 days off) with 2 shifts at 10:00am to 6:00pm and 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Location: St Vital Area
Term: January 15th for 6-week term with possibility of extension
Wage: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour


Job Details:
  • Handling incoming calls from customers

Qualifications:
  • Strong English skills are a requirement
  • Communication skills are key for this role
  • Experienced using a computer
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Handling large volume of calls in a day
  • Able to handle tough situations
