Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our client in an urgent need of a Customer Service Rep/Administrator for their plumbing, heating & service company in their Kelowna, BC location.

Wage and benefits: 

  • $52,000

This position will provide customer service, service scheduling and installation appointments, and administrative support for the location, including communicating with suppliers & vendors, customers, technicians and sourcing of parts, in an efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule service calls and installation appointments
  • Communicate with vendors/suppliers, and team members
  • Sourcing of parts both internally and externally
  • Receive and attend to customers both on the phone and in person, and help resolve their complaints
  • Ensure all qualifying warranty parts are identified and cataloged. 
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.


  • 2 years minimum experience in similar position, in the same industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Able to demonstrate computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Working knowledge of parts sourcing, dispatching and plumbing & heating industry experience is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
