Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant- Construction
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Start Date: Immediate, 2-3 months contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks, and able to manage both customer and contractor interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct approximately 10–15 incoming calls per day in a courteous and professional manner.

Respond to and manage incoming emails promptly.

Maintain and update records using Google Sheets.

Process payments over the phone accurately and securely.

Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Communicate with contractors to coordinate schedules and information.

Manage QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Perform general reception and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Proficient in Google Sheets and QuickBooks.

Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred.
